Raymond E. Muth, CPA, CISSP, CISA, CITP is President of BankLogic.

 

Ray is highly regarded in banking IT circles for his innovativeness and understanding of bank operations, particularly networking and Internet technologies. Among his noted accomplishments, he authored a #1 rated banking website, introduced the first Internet banking application and got approval for the first array of e-commerce offerings for community banks. His specialty in open source (Linux-based) systems has helped deliver cost-effective security solutions for many banks, thrifts and co-sourcing firms.

 

Ray has been in community banking for 20 years serving 6 years as a Director and Executive Vice President. He received his BS and MBA from the University of Dayton. He is a graduate of the ABAs Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He has been an instructor for ABAs Stonier School as well as various state School of Banking Associations. He has been a speaker for BAI, the IBAA, the New York Bankers Association and the Minnesota Bankers Association. He has also been a contributing author for a number of banking publications including PACB's Transactions Magazine.


 

Dana Ritchey Muth, MSODA is Vice President and Principal of BankLogic.

 

Dana Ritchey Muth is Director of the Strategic Planning, Training and Organization Development practice at BankLogic. She has worked in the financial services industry for 15+ years, where she has been a catalyst for building, leading, influencing and maintaining powerful sales and service, performance driven cultures. With extensive sales and service training and organization development experience, she has helped regional and community banks grow loans, deposits and fee income. Zealous and driven, Dana has the unique ability to build trust and engage the workforce to dramatically produce results.

 

Dana earned her Masters in Organization Development & Analysis from Case Western Reserve University and has over 10 years experience using the psychological and social sciences to align people, performance and profits.

 

Dana has taught for the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business, the University of Phoenix (online and on-ground), Point Park University and Slippery Rock University's Workforce Development Program.


 

Robert F. Muth, CFP is Vice President and Principal of BankLogic.

 

Bob was Chairman and CEO of a highly-regarded, high-performing community bank for 18 years. Recently retired, Bob has joined BankLogic as a Principal and Vice President. He had been active in the leadership of the Independent Community Bankers of America for 17 years as past Chairman of the Operations Committee and Vice Chairman of the Loan Committee. He also served on the board of ICBA Bancard. A four-year member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASB), he has served on the National Advisory Council of Financial Planning, the Consulting Group on International Economic & Monetary Affairs and the Federal Reserve Bank of Clevelands Small Bank Advisory Council.

 

He has published articles on Fair Market Value and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Independent Banker and the American Banker. With BankLogic, Bob offers hands-on expertise in a vast array of bank management services including strategic planning and risk management.
